Jason is a Fitness Level III professional through the Titleist Performance Institute and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist though the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Jason specializes in helping players improve their distance and control of their golf swing along with maximizing safety in areas most prone to injury such as the low back, neck and shoulders. Jason is able to analyze the swing of an individual into multiple segments to determine what will benefit the player most from a health and performance standpoint.  He is based out of New York City and consults with individuals to increase their health, performance and overall well-being.

An overview of the initial 60 minute screening process is below:

  • A physical screen is used to determine the player’s level of physical readiness
  • Strength and power testing is performed to determine what specific areas will most benefit the player
  • Multi-view slow motion capture video is utilized to detect player’s unique swing characteristics

After the details of your swing and movement capabilities have been determined a specific course of action will be recommended to help you reach your best level of play.  This will include certain movements and drills that will allow you to play at your highest potential.
